Exploring the Mudras | Kansas City

While hands are often thought of as tools for getting work done, they can also be used to help, heal, connect, and communicate. Join Kristina E. for this special workshop to explore mudras, or sacred hand gestures that can be used to influence the flow of energy throughout the body. Kristina will educate participants about how to use mudras to deepen intention and introspection during meditation, breath work, and vinyasa. Expect a gentle yet invigorating flow and a guided meditation practice to help enhance your understanding of the mind-body connection.
